Added Email Subscribe Form

For those of you who don’t know what RSS and don’t care to learn, I’ve also added a new email subscription form, that will email you when my site is updated. The previous one I used was not the most efficient, this one should work better.

It will be on the bottom of all posts so please subscribe if you are interested.
