Its a constant barage on A-Rod because he is the best player in the game, makes the most money and frankly, I think these guys are jealous.  Why don’t they talk about his game winning homer against the Sox last night?  Probably because it was something positive for him.  Mysteriously we don’t see any conversation of Mike Lowell’s forearm shiver to Robinson Cano in an attempt to break up a double play (which Cano turned).  That was more of a cheap shot than what A-rod did.  Players will often let up or put their guard down to let  a runner no there is no play so they don’t get hurt for nothing.  Unless you are Jason Varitek.  In the 2004 World Series, he did just that, Varitek put his guard down and acted as if there was going to be no play at the plate only to have the cut off man throw him the ball and tag a would be scoring Larry Walker out. Another unwritten rule broken.

These unwritten rules are ridiculous and getting out of hand in my opinion (along with everything A-Rod on ESPN). There are so many at this point, they probably couldn’t be written down.

Personally, there is no chance I do business in the state of Georgia beyond the committment the Mavs have to play the Hawks until Genarlow is out of jail.

Cuban maybe a little out-there at times, but without knowing him, I have to conclude he is a standup guy.
