Hi Evan, This is just a note to all the former employees of MSI who are trying to go on with their live but can’t because THK, MSI, MSA are sending them cease and desist notices threatening them with their noncompetes. THK lost all their employee records and was trying to repopulate them when they closed their doors. You know stuff like proof of us citizenship and all that. So before a former employee admits to having signed a noncompete make the lawyers for THK produce the signed noncompete. Chances are they lost them. The noncompetes I have seen that people signed from the former MSI are not legally binding in the state of NC. I personally dont recall signing a noncompete but anyone who has gone to the mat with THK over their non compete I would love to hear what you experience was like.
