I got stuck in Vegas and had to spend the night in the airport. I ended up with a $150 voucher for my "inconvienence" but I was looking for a free flight. Free stuff is appreciated, but when I complain it's because I want them to correct their customer service and/or product. By the way, that blow pop was nasty!
