So our dog Sasha, likes to sneak up on the bed when she thinks no one is looking, but lately she’s gotten a little sloppy or maybe its a little more daring but she is in no hurry to get down when she hears us getting near the room. Well, lately she has been sleeping close to the end of the bed and started falling off. Yesterday when Jen was drying her hair Sasha slowly rolled over and right off the bed while she was awake. But today was a different story. I’m sitting in my office which is across the hall from my bedroom and i hear this big thud. Dummy was sleeping at the end of the bed and rolled right off in her sleep. I knew right away what it was and started laughing and when i said “are you ok?” she staggered into the room looking a little dazed. it was very funny, I wish I would have seen it.

The last time I remember seeing someone / something roll right off a bed during their sleep was a few years ago in Austria. We were in Salzburg and my buddy T at a Hostel. After a few too many jagaer bombs with the Australians, he passed out in his top bunk. In the middle of the night, I happened to be awake and looking at the other bunks when i see him roll right off the top bunk, limp and sleeping, smack straight into the floor. He gets up, walks out of the room in his boxers and comes back 10 minutes later. Funny thing is, the next morning he had no idea.

It was def. one of my top 3 all time funniest moments and I may have to setup some kind of surviellence b/c Sasha is bound to do it again. Its my America’s Funniest Home Video winner just waiting to be recorded!
