ACC Football Schedules. Make your Predictions

After watching the UVA vs NC State game, lets just say I’m already looking foward to football season. The ACC just released the official schedules which prompts me to display my great prognostication skills (and If I’m wrong, you’ll forget by next December anyway :) )

NC State
Sept. 1 Central Florida - W
Sept. 8 at Boston College - W
Sept. 15 Wofford - W
Sept. 22 Clemson - L
Sept. 29 Louisville (or Sept. 27) - W (Thursday night magic?)
Oct. 6 at Florida State - L
Oct. 13 Open
Oct. 20 at East Carolina - W
Oct. 27 Virginia - W
Nov. 3 at Miami - L
Nov. 10 North Carolina - W
Nov. 17 at Wake Forest - W
Nov. 24 Maryland - L

8-4 which is probably wishful thinking b/c we’ll have a new QB at the helm (i think). I can see the BC game being an L, and we are highly likely to choke vs UNC, but i’ll never pick the Heels.

North Carolina
Sept. 1 James Madison - L
Sept. 8 at East Carolina - W
Sept. 15 Virginia - W
Sept. 22 at South Florida - L
Sept. 29 at Virginia Tech - L
Oct. 6 Miami - L
Oct. 13 South Carolina - W
Oct. 20 Open
Oct. 27 at Wake Forest - W
Nov. 3 Maryland - L
Nov. 10 at NC State - L
Nov. 17 at Georgia Tech - W
Nov. 24 Duke - W

6-6 for the Heels and the James Madison game could start the Butch Davis term off on a rocky start, they are underrated.

Others
BC - 8-4 (soft schedule, Bowling Green, Umass, Army and a Notre Dame team who will be bad)
Clemson - 8-4 their running game should be enough to keep them in every game
Duke 1 - 11 I’m not sure who but they are gonna beat someone this year
FSU 9-3 New offensive scheme, experience QB, great talent should be ACC champs
GaTech 6-6 will be a good year for them w/o Ball and Johnson
Maryland 7-5 but a very soft schedule
Miami 8-4 too much talent to be 6-6 again
Virginia 5-7 and Al Groh gets canned. Schedule is insanely easy
VaTech 9-3 and probably playin in the ACC Champ game
Wake 7-5 i think their magic is worn off.
