ESPN2 just had a reporter from the Fort Worth Star Telegram on who says “Forth Worth Star Telegram reporting that Cowher is a def candidate for NC State, his wife has already moved to Raleigh, and the Steelers and Cowher are expected to move fast so that the Steelers can replace him.”

Sounds like to me, if it happens it will be quickly, but as my friend Danny pointed out, “Why does the Fort Worth paper have the scoop?”

Chizik, the defensive Coordinator at Texas just got hired by Iowa State so we can scratch him off the list. While this guy would be great anywhere, NC State is looking for offense so I think he was low on the list.
