I was going to just tag this baby and put it in my delicious links but it really does deserve its own little post.
Men’s Health has developed an interactive tool for helping people read food labels, it can be found Here. It has a lot of the info that I’ve posted in my food post, but its a good way to learn label reading for those who didn’t read my post (shame on you, go read it now).
