Week 3 Updates - Tipping the Scale.
Just a quick post to share some good news. I’ve been sticking with my program (although my shoulder is a little sore) and When I stepped on the scale this morning the needle didn’t go quite as far as it used to. I am proud to share that after 3 weeks, I’m down 6lbs to 210lbs. I’m really happy about that, but not only am I down in pounds, I feel better too. I’m definitely stronger, I can see my neck, and overall I just feel better. Its nice not feeling stuffed and fat all the time.
According to my FitDay, “To meet your goal you need to lose about 1.27 lb per week.” …..I can do that!
