I usually don’t pay attention to politics mainly because i have zero faith in the government but somehow the beginning of Bush’s State of the Union speech sucked me in. Now, I don’t claim to be a political-savy person by any meants but I have to say Bush’s speech had some really lofty goals. One that stood out to me was “Eliminating the federal deficit in 5 years.” Is he planning on hiring Dave?

The other highlight for me was when the President called on the guy who saved the other man in the NYC subway. As Bush described him as “Humble” the man stood up to a standing ovation and began kissing to the crowd for 5 minutes.. Real humble if you ask me.
