I can’t sleep at night. I wake up shaking in a cold sweat. My wife says I’m cranky and have dark circles around my eyes. I’m having visions of Master Chief and plasmas. my friends need me.

….I need to play Halo.

There is one tiny problem. I sold my Xbox. I used to play my Xbox at 10pm for a couple hours (seemingly every night) after Jen went to sleep, but back in October, I sold my Xbox so that I could focus my time on my wife and work, and also so that I could get decent value for it before the Xbox 360 came out.

Well, now Jen is a baker and getting up early which means she is going to bed early, and I already seem to be working from 6/7am to 6/7pm and I need a stress reliever. Since the 360 prices have come back down to normal, I am looking to buy one instead of the old xbox.

This was Jen’s idea. She wants me to be happy. Such a great woman!

I’d go out and buy one but being on one income and bootstrapping an Internet startup doesn’t leave much disposable income for ‘fun’ purchases.
