for those who is still looking for the answer to cancel ur xbox live online...

go to marketplace
in my account tag look for manage payment options
click membership level you will notice that your automatic renew is ON,
now u want to turn this off
click the ON link and keep pressing next to eventually turn it off.

Thanks for the info, I did got transfered to India and it was actually a very cool guy who helped me. I got my money refunded, because I purchased the XBox live service when I had already a different account associated to auto-renew for my son, long story short, I spent the money twice, and he understood the situation providing an excellent customer service.
