Why to Cancel Your Xbox Live Account?

This is just a quick follow up to my first post on How to Cancel your Xbox Live Acount.

As everyone knows the Xbox 360 comes out today Nov. 22nd (if anyone wants to buy me a premium 360 package, please feel free), well even if you are buying an Xbox 360 package there is no need to cancel your account because Xbox will automatically roll your Xbox Live Account over to the new 360 platform at the same price. Now this is great if you want to keep your username and all your stats, but if you are like me and want to retire your name (Ms Claus’ domination had to end sometime) then this is the route to go.

So new name and new stats, cancel your account. If you want to keep your name, don’t worry about it.

Halo3 comes out in the spring, Leave your gamer tag here if you want a butt whippin!

Oooooh, you’re an Xbox fan too? I wonder if you’ll be slightly amused (like I was) or angered by this site:

Basically, they get an Xbox 360, and smash it with a sledge. I would’ve been more amused if they did it infront of more people, but they got some bewildered reactions from those around never the less.

I saw that, pretty wild.

Wish they would have given it to me instead.
