They are so incredibly incompetent it is unbelievable. Ending your account or removing credit info (I'm being billed AFTER closing my membership) is all but impossible. I WILL NEVER OWN ANOTHER XBOX PRODUCT OR THEIR MEMBERSHIP IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.
